Masterplan

2026

Sirrayn Island is a masterplan for an undeveloped island in the Red Sea, envisioned as a luxury destination centred around leisure and hospitality. A marina forms the heart of the development, surrounded by hotels, restaurants and a waterfront promenade, while villas, golf courses and private beaches extend across the landscape. A defining feature is the circular timber boardwalk projecting into the sea, creating a sheltered swimming lagoon and becoming the project's strongest visual landmark. With no existing context on site, every image had to establish the scale, atmosphere and identity of an entirely new destination.
